September 16, 2020 Opinion or Order ORDER granting #11 Motion for Extension of Time to Answer. Defendants have requested a 60-day extension of time, until November 16, 2020, to respond to the complaint; plaintiff has consented to a 30-day extension. The Court grants defendants' request in its entirety but, in order to avoid any resulting prejudice to plaintiff, the Court schedules an initial conference for noon on November 18, 2020 (see separate order), and thus departs from its usual practice of awaiting the filing of the answer before scheduling an initial conference. As the date approaches, the Court will determine whether the proceeding will be held in person or telephonically and will provide counsel with the necessary logistical details. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Roanne L. Mann on 9/16/2020. (LK)
