November 11, 2020 Opinion or Order ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's motion for leave to file under seal the Consent Motion for Order to Seal Documents. Plaintiff is directed to file the original document under seal as a separate entry. Plaintiff is also directed to file under seal a supplemental letter, of no more than three pages, citing authority for the proposition that sealing is appropriate in light of the presumption of public access to the docket and the protections already in place pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(c)(2). See Nelson v. Comm'r of Soc. Sec., No. 14-CV-1109, 2017 WL 1314118, at *2 (E.D.N.Y. Apr. 6, 2017).
