ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's motion for leave to file under seal the Consent Motion for Order to Seal Documents. Plaintiff is directed to file the original document under seal as a separate entry. Plaintiff is also directed to file under seal a supplemental letter, of no more than three pages, citing authority for the proposition that sealing is appropriate in light of the presumption of public access to the docket and the protections already in place pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(c)(2). See Nelson v. Comm'r of Soc. Sec., No. 14-CV-1109, 2017 WL 1314118, at *2 (E.D.N.Y. Apr. 6, 2017). ORDER: Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The parties are directed to adhere to the following procedure, which the Eastern District of New York Board of Judges has adopted for expediting the disposition of Social Security cases: Defendant shall proceed promptly to obtain the administrative record of the proceedings below, and shall file the record by December 29, 2020, unless an extension is granted by the Court for good cause; Plaintiff shall file and serve a motion for judgment on the pleadings by February 12, 2021; Defendant shall file and serve its response to Plaintiff's motion, which response must contain a full recitation of the relevant facts and underlying administrative proceedings, by March 29, 2021; and Plaintiff shall file and serve a reply, if any, by April 13, 2021.
