October 28, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Order, the court grants plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and dismisses plaintiff's FDCPA claim against Consolidated Edison, Inc. for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). No summons shall issue as to this defendant.Plaintiff has alleged plausible facts in support of her FDCPA and FCRA claims against the remaining defendants.
