Order: Plaintiff Ramdat Singh, appearing pro se, filed this action for a writ of mandamus on behalf of himself, his wife and his wife's minor daughter seeking to compel Defendants to take action on his wife's visa application. Plaintiff paid the filing fee to commence this action. The Court's records reflect this action was filed on October 26, 2020. Rule 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides: If a defendant is not served within 90 days after the complaint is filed, the court - on motion or on its own after notice to the plaintiff must dismiss the action without prejudice against that defendant or order that service be made within a specified time. But if the plaintiff shows good cause for the failure, the court must extend the time for service for an appropriate period. Plaintiff shall promptly advise the Court once Defendants have been served. Accordingly, if service is not made upon Defendants by January 25, 2021, or Plaintiff fails to show good cause why they have not been completed, the Court may dismiss this action without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to amend the caption accordingly. Party Monesha Ramesh and Purandai Singh terminated. See Order for further details. So Ordered by Judge William F.
