SCHEDULING ORDER: A initial/telephone conference will be held on 2/26/2021 at 11:00 AM before Magistrate Judge Sanket J. Bulsara. The parties are directed to call the toll-free number 877-336-1274; the access code is 6534420. The parties shall dial in five (5) minutes before the scheduled conference. All counsel must attend. Plaintiff are directed to notify defendants of this scheduling order at the time defendants makes an appearance with in this matter. Counsel are also directed to complete the attached Discovery Plan Worksheet and electronically file same with the Court no later than two days before 2/26/2021. Because this is a FDCPA case, each individual client and/or a principal with full settlement authority for a corporation or other business entity must personally appear with counsel at this initial conference. Upon failure to appear at the conference with authorized clients, the Court will entertain an application for fees and costs by the opposing side. Parties are to submit their respective ex-parte settlement positions via Chambers email no later than three days before 2/26/2021.
