Stipulations of discontinuance must be filed by February 22, 2021. Plaintiff failed to appear because her attorney did not make arrangements for her to do so, even though a global settlement was not reached until this afternoon. Plaintiff's counsel is admonished for not making such arrangements based on the assumption that the case would settle, and for failing to notify the Court in advance. See attached.
