January 28, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 4 MEMORANDUM & ORDER -- Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") #2 is granted for the purpose of this Order. For the reasons set forth, the complaint is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) for failure to state a claim and for failure to conform to Rule 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff shall have thirty days leave to file an amended complaint. If the Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within thirty days as directed by this Order, judgment dismissing the complaint shall enter. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). ORDER ATTACHED. Ordered by Judge Eric R. Komitee on 1/28/2021. c/m to plaintiff. (Guy, Alicia)
