The parties reported that they will stipulate to arbitrate this matter (in lieu of moving to compel arbitration) and will voluntarily discontinue this case without prejudice. The Court extends defendants' time to answer. The parties shall file a stipulation to arbitrate this matter and to voluntarily discontinue the case without prejudice by February 23, 2021.
