ORDER: Plaintiff commenced this action in Kings County Supreme Court on December 4, 2020 by filing a Summons with Notice but without a complaint and defendant removed the case on January 29, 2021. ECF No. 1. The parties jointly request an extension of time for plaintiff to file its complaint and for defendant to respond to the complaint. ECF No. 6. The request is granted.
