April 20, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: On February 18, 2021, Leslie Louis ("Petitioner"), incarcerated at Sing Sing Correctional Facility, commenced this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254. Petitioner's submission did not include the requisite $5.00 filing fee or a completed in forma pauperis ("IFP") application. By letter dated February 25, 2021, Petitioner was provided with an IFP application to complete and was instructed that in order to proceed she must either pay the filing fee or submit a completed IFP application within 14 days from receipt of the letter. In light of Petitioner's pro se status, the Court grants Petitioner additional time to either pay the filing fee or submit a completed IFP application. However, if Petitioner fails to comply with this order within 30 days, the action will be dismissed without prejudice. No extension shall be granted without good cause shown. The Clerk of Court shall include an IFP application with this order for Petitioner to complete. No response from respondent to this petition is required at this time. So Ordered by Judge William F. Kuntz, II on 4/20/2021. (Love, Alexis)
