ORDER: On March 5, 2021, plaintiff filed proof of service of process on defendant Peterbilt of New York City LLC ("Peterbilt") stating that service was made on March 4, 2021. ECF No. 6. Defendant's answer to plaintiff's complaint was therefore due on March 25, 2021. Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(1)(A)(i). The docket does not reflect defendant Peterbilt's response to the complaint. Accordingly, plaintiff shall take appropriate action against defendant by May 12, 2021, or I shall recommend that this case should be dismissed under Rule 41(b) for failure to prosecute. Fed. R. Civ.
