ORDER: Plaintiff's #6 Motion for Alternate Service requested leave to serve Defendants by email pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(f). As explained in the attached Order, Plaintiff has not sufficiently shown that Defendant Luke Wei is subject to Rule 4(f), and has failed to show that service on Defendants at the proposed email addresses would comport with due process.
