ORDER: The Court hereby VACATES the order issued on March 29, 2021. ECF No. #2 . Upon the petition for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241, dated March 11, 2021, it is ORDERED: (1) The United States Attorney, as attorney for Respondent, show cause before this Court why a writ of habeas corpus should not be issued by the filing of a return to the petition within sixty (60) days of receipt of this Order. Petitioner, within thirty (30) days of receipt of a copy of the return, shall file a reply, if any, with the Clerk of the Court and serve a copy on Respondent. C/mailed to Petitioner.
