The case is referred to expedited court-annexed mediation to be completed by September 17, 2021 (Selection of Mediator due by 8/3/2021), and the #31 motion to stay is granted, for up to 52 days, on consent of all parties and in order to allow the parties to focus on resolving the case; however, the parties should engage in informal discovery to facilitate settlement discussions.
