An Order to Show Cause will be filed separately regarding plaintiffs' counsel's failure to appear. Initial disclosures must be completed by May 21, 2021, including plaintiffs' provision of executed HIPAA authorizations for plaintiffs imaging studies, surgeon's records, including operative report and pre- and post-operative notes, and workers' compensation file. By May 26, 2021, plaintiffs must amend the complaint to name the Doe/Roe defendants, whose names and citizenship were disclosed on the record. Fact discovery must be completed by September 30, 2021. Plaintiffs' expert disclosures shall be served by October 29, 2021; defendants' are due by November 30, 2021; expert depositions must be completed by January 14, 2022. By July 30, 2021, the parties must file a joint letter-motion requesting that the discovery schedule be held in abeyance (in the event the parties have agreed to settle the case) or requesting a settlement conference or a referral to court-annexed mediation.
