ORDER: Defendants filed letter-motions for a pre-motion conference on May 7, 2021. In direct contravention of this Court's Individual Practices, Plaintiff failed to submit a letter response either opposing Defendants' motions or advising the Court it does not intend to oppose the motions. On May 18, 2021, the Court directed Plaintiff to file a response. Plaintiff failed to do so. Plaintiff is again directed to file a response, not to exceed three (3) pages, on or before May 24, 2021, in accordance with this Court's Individual Practices.
