October 17, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER denying #30 . Defendants report that they canceled a scheduled mediation because they learned that plaintiffs would not participate. They also seek: (1) a referral to the EDNY Mediation Panel; (2) a directive to counsel and their respective clients to participate in the mediation; and (3) suspension of discovery deadlines until after the mediation is completed.
