ORDER The parties' "corrected" Confidentiality Agreement (DE #20) still does not attach the Appendix A referenced in section 7(b). In addition, section 3 should make clear that before designating materials as confidential, counsel must determine in good faith that the materials in fact qualify for confidential treatment. And section 9 is stricken and should be replaced with language indicating that a party filing documents that include confidential information should comply with the rules for electronic filing under seal, as required by the judicial officer to whom the submission is addressed.
