June 11, 2021 Opinion or Order ORDER: Defendant filed a letter-motion for a pre-motion conference on April 26, 2021. In direct contravention of this Court's Individual Practices and the Court's May 12, 2021 order directing Plaintiff to respond to Defendants' letter-motion #7 , Plaintiff failed to file any such response. On or before June 15, 2021, Plaintiff is directed to file a letter not to exceed three (3) pages either opposing Defendants' motion or advising the Court that it does not intend to oppose the motion. Plaintiff's failure to do so may result in dismissal of the case for failure to prosecute. Additionally, Plaintiff's counsel is directed to file a notice of appearance on or before June 15, 2021.
