| Filing 8 Minute Entry for Initial Conference Hearing held before Magistrate Judge Roanne L. Mann on 6/3/2021. Plaintiff must provide executed HIPAA authorizations by June 8, 2021. Pleadings may be amended and new parties added as of right by July 30, 2021. Fact discovery must be completed by November 19, 2021. Plaintiff's medical expert disclosures shall be served by October 15, 2021; defendants' experts by November 19, 2021. The schedule for non-medical experts and expert depositions is deferred. By August 30, 2021, the parties must file a joint letter-motion requesting that the discovery schedule be held in abeyance (in the event the parties have agreed to settle the case) or requesting a settlement conference or a referral to court-annexed mediation.
