ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE and Electronic Service upon the US Attorney's Office re #1 complaint. The United States Attorney, as attorney for defendants, shall show cause before this Court by filing an answer to the complaint why a writ of mandamus should not be issued by 9/15/2021. Defendants shall serve a copy of the answer on plaintiff. Defendants shall also file proof of service of the answer as a separate filing. Plaintiff shall file a reply to the answer, if any, with the Clerk of the Court by 10/15/2021, and serve a copy on the defendants.
