| Minute Entry for Telephonic Initial Conference held on 8/19/2021 before Magistrate Judge James R. Cho: Barry Feldman appeared for plaintiffs Dominique and Metayer; Michelle Katzman appeared for defendant Martin and JP Crooks Enterprises LLC. The Court entered the following pretrial schedule: parties to exchange automatic disclosures by 9/2/2021; no amendment of the pleadings or joinder of parties permitted after 9/20/2021; parties to complete fact discovery by 2/15/2022; affirmative expert disclosures due by 4/1/2022; rebuttal expert disclosures due by 5/1/2022; and parties to complete all discovery, including expert depositions, by 5/16/2022. Plaintiffs' counsel notified the Court that plaintiff Metayer may retain new counsel. Court raised issue of diversity jurisdiction. By 9/20/2021, defendant JP Crooks Enterprises LLC shall identify the citizenship of all partners or members of the defendant LLC to ascertain whether diversity jurisdiction exists. See Local Civ.
