ORDER granting in part #9 . Plaintiffs counsel is ORDERED to provide defendants with the billing records and information required to review plaintiffs' claim by 8/6/2021. Defendants' time to answer is extended until 9/27/2021. However, this Court does not adjourn cases in contemplation of settlement discussion as the parties are free to settle at any time. The initial status conference is adjourned to 8/24/2021 at 12:30 pm. This should give defendants ample time to review the claims and settle the case if they want to.
