ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE and Electronic Service upon the US Attorney's Office re #1 complaint. The United States Attorney, as attorney for defendants, shall show cause before this Court by filing an answer to the complaint why a writ of mandamus should not be issued by 9/29/2021. Defendants shall serve a copy of the answer on plaintiff. Defendants shall also file proof of service of the answer as a separate filing.
