August 24, 2021 Opinion or Order ORDER: The Court construes the amended affidavit of fact at #6 as a motion for reconsideration of the Courts order denying IFP status at #4 . The motion for reconsideration is denied for the reasons set out in the order at #4 . If plaintiff wishes to proceed, he must either pay the $402 filing fee to the Clerk of Court of the Eastern District of New York or submit an amended IFP application that establishes that he qualifies to proceed IFP. If plaintiff fails to comply with this order within 30 days, this action will be dismissed without prejudice. No further extensions of the deadline for paying the filing fee or submitting an amended IFP application will be granted.
