ORDER: Plaintiff's letter states that he is not prepared to litigate his case and has not exhausted his administrative remedies. He asks the Court to cancel the civil docket case 21-cv-4560 because he does not want this unfortunate mistake to end up as a strike on [his] record. The Court construes plaintiff's letter as a notice of dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Rule 41(a)(1) dismissals [do not] count as strikes under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Morehouse v. Vasques, No. 17-CV-4836 (KMK), 2018 WL 4211320, at *5 (S.D.N.Y. Sept. 4, 2018). The case is dismissed without prejudice under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i).
