September 24, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: For the reasons in the attached Memorandum & Order, the Complaints filed in these cases are dismissed. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgments and terminate these cases. The Clerk of Court also is directed to restrict the public's access to Plaintiff's in forma pauperis applications as she did not redact her minor children's names.
