Filing 6 ORDER: For the reasons given in the attached memorandum and order, plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. Defendants City of New York, the New York Police Department, and Parole Officer John Doe 5 are dismissed from the action. No summons shall issue as to these three defendants, and the clerk of court is respectfully directed to amend the caption to reflect their dismissal. All claims brought on behalf of Mavis Taylor are also dismissed.Plaintiff's remaining claims may proceed. All further proceedings are stayed for 30 days to permit plaintiff to file an amended complaint. Within 45 days of the date of this order, the Corporation Counsel for the City of New York is requested to ascertain the full names of the remaining four defendants identified in plaintiff's complaint along with the addresses where they may be served.
