ORDER: Defendants' subpoenas to third parties #16 are inconsistent with the requirements under Rule 45. Should Defendants wish the Court to so-order subpoenas, it will do so, provided that the subpoenas are directed only to medical providers, seek medical records only, and use a form consistent with Rule 45. Such subpoenas should be filed for Court approval by 10/28/2022. As to subpoenas for other forms of records, the Court does not so-order such subpoenas, and such subpoena compliance may be compelled pursuant to Rule 45, so long as the original subpoenas complied with the requirements of the Rule, which they appear not to.
