REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re #44 MOTION for Preliminary Injunction. For the reasons set forth in the attached Report and Recommendation, I respectfully recommend that Your Honor grant Plaintiffs' motion and issue a preliminary injunction (1) staying all No-Fault collection arbitrations Metro Pain and Premier filed against Allstate, and (2) enjoining Defendants and their agents from filing any further No-Fault legal collection actions against Allstate until Allstate's declaratory judgment claims are resolved in this action. Any objections to the recommendations made in this Report must be filed with the Clerk of the Court and the Honorable Diane Gujarati by 6/16/2022. Failure to file timely objections waives the right to appeal the District Court's Order. See 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72; Small v.
