All proceedings in the Derivative Action will be stayed until resolution of Defendants' anticipated motion to dismiss the Securities Class Action; 3. Any party may move to terminate the stay of this Action after providing thirty (30) days written notice to undersigned counsel; 4. Within thirty (30) days after the resolution of the anticipated motion to dismiss in the Securities Class Action, the Parties shall meet and confer concerning a schedule governing any further proceedings in the Derivative Action.
