November 8, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: On October 20, 2021, Plaintiff Alroy Richards, proceeding pro se, filed this employment discrimination complaint and an incomplete request to proceed in forma pauperis. (See Dkts. 1, 2.) This action cannot proceed without payment of the filing fee or the granting of an application to proceed in forma pauperis. Thus, within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff must either pay $402 to the Clerk of Court of the Eastern District of New York or submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk of Court shall include a request to proceed in forma pauperis form with this Order. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this Order within fourteen (14) days, the action will be dismissed without prejudice. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
