Filing 17 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: For the reasons stated in the attached Report and Recommendation, this Court respectfully recommends that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss #14 be granted in part and denied in part. The Court recommends dismissal of all claims against Defendants except Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Claudette Christie for First Amendment retaliation under 1983 and discrimination under both the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law.Objections to this Report and Recommendation are due by 2/17/2023.
