Filing 4 ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and dismissing complaint. For the reasons described in the attached Order, the complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff is granted thirty (30) days leave from the date of this Order to file an amended complaint. If Plaintiff fails to amend the complaint within thirty (30) days as directed by this Order, this case shall be closed. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to pro se Plaintiff and note mailing on the docket. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A.
