ORDER granting #7 and ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Defendant City of New York's time to answer extended to 2/21/2022. By Scheduling Order entered 11/30/2021, plaintiff was Ordered "to serve on defendants a complete set of medical releases and authorizations together with the summons and complaint." The City's motion, however, alleges that plaintiff has ignored this obligation, and has neither served medical releases nor a 160.50 authorization. Plaintiff is therefore ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE by 12/23/2021 why sanctions should not be imposed under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(f) for failure to comply with the Orders of this Court.Although the City's time to answer has been extended to 2/21, the parties are advised that the conference set for 1/11/2022 shall proceed as scheduled. Parties will use the toll-free number 888-684-8852 followed by access code 6427877#. When the conference begins parties will be prompted to input the security code 6635#.
