January 27, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER: Motion to Appear Pro Hac #9 , is denied without prejudice. To apply for pro hac vice admission, Section 1.3(c) of the EDNY Local Civil Rules requires that an applicant's motion "be accompanied by a certificate of the court for each of the states in which the applicant is a member of the bar, which has been issued within thirty (30) days of filing and states that the applicant is a member in good standing of the bar of that state court[]...." In lieu of a certificate of good standing from the Michigan Supreme Court, counsel included a certificate of good standing from an organization entitled State Bar of Michigan.
