ORDER: Plaintiff invokes federal diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332, but plaintiff has not adequately alleged complete diversity. Defendant Sup Rents LLC is a limited liability company (LLC). The citizenship of an LLC for diversity purposes is the citizenship of each of its members. See Bayerische Landesbank v. Aladdin Capital Mgmt. LLC, 692 F.3d 42, 49 (2d Cir. 2012). The complaint does not specify the members of Sup Rents LLC or their citizenships.
