ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis -- For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, Petitioners' application to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. If Petitioners wish to proceed with this action, Petitioners must, by March 10, 2022, either (1) pay the requisite $402 in fees to the Clerk of Court of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York; or (2) submit a complete IFP application. If Petitioners fail to do either by March 10, 2022, this action shall be dismissed without prejudice.
