ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE and Electronic Service upon the US Attorney's Office: Within sixty days of the date of this Order, defendants shall file with the Court and serve on plaintiff a return that shows cause why a writ of mandamus should not be granted. Defendants shall also file proof of service of the answer with the Court as a separate filing. Plaintiff shall file a reply, if any, with the Clerk of the Court within thirty days of receiving the return, and serve a copy on the defendants. Service of a copy of this Order, together with a copy of the complaint, shall be made by email and certified mail to the United States Attorney without prepayment of fees. Ordered by Judge Rachel P.
