ORDER granting in part #17 . Defendants' time to answer extended to 4/1/2022. However, the Initial Status Conference set for 3/23/2022 shall proceed as scheduled because there is plenty of time for defense counsel to ascertain defenses and fully contribute to the joint letter in advance of that conference. As far as settlement discussions, this Court does not extend or adjourn deadlines for that reason as the parties are free to settle whenever they want to.
