ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff has removed this case based on allegations that the claims asserted in this action either arise under or are related to pending Chapter 11 proceedings. Per 28 U.S.C. 157(a) and the Eastern District of New Yorks Standing Order dated August 28, 1986, all cases arising under Title 11 or arising in or related to a case under Title 11 are referred to the Bankruptcy Judges for the Eastern District of New York.
