Filing 15 ORDER: Defendant Rahman, proceeding pro se, requests a second extension of time to respond to plaintiffs' Complaint. ECF No. #14 . The request is granted. The Court has informed defendant that while he can represent himself in this action, corporations must be represented by a licensed attorney. See Grace v. Bank Leumi Trust Co. of NY, 443 F.3d 180, 187 (2d Cir. 2006) ("it is well-settled law that a corporation may appear in the federal courts only through licensed counsel"). The Court granted defendant SR Mango House Inc. an extension of time to respond to the Complaint by an attorney until April 24, 2022. Defendants shall respond to the Complaint by June 3, 2022, and defendant SR Mango House Inc. shall respond by an attorney. As the Court has already informed defendant that SR Mango House Inc. must appear by counsel, if SR Mango House Inc. fails to respond to plaintiffs' Complaint by an attorney by June 3, 2022, plaintiffs may move for a default against defendant.
