Defendant's letter motion to dismiss #9 is GRANTED; the claims as to plaintiff Nicole Hennegan are dismissed for the reasons stated on the record. Plaintiff is to provide defendants with the release by 05/06/2022; defendant will then promptly provide plaintiff with notice of the names of the NYPD officers. Plaintiff is granted leave to amend his complaint to substitute the John Does with the actual names of the officers within 7 days of receiving that information. See transcript for details. The parties are to exchange Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures within a week of the filing of the amended complaint; serve interrogatories and written discovery requests two weeks after that; respond to interrogatories and produce discovery 30 days after that; and complete depositions 60 days after that, the date fact discovery ends.
