As stated on the record, the Court's referral of this case to the EDNY Mediation Panel is hereby withdrawn. The discovery deadlines will remain unchanged. In addition, an in-person settlement conference will be held on 3/16/2023 at 2:30 P.M. in Courtroom 324 North before Magistrate Judge Bulsara. All parties must be present.
