ORDER: Having taken into consideration both equity and judicial economy, the Court consolidates the following cases pursuant to Rule 42(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure: Agnant et al v. JTH Tax, LLC et al., 22-cv-2352 (PKC) (CLP) and JTH Tax LLC v. Agnant et al., 22-cv-2385 (PKC) (CLP). See Devlin v. Transportation Commc'ns Int'l Union, 175 F.3d 121, 130 (2d Cir. 1999).
