ORDER: Upon review of Defendant's #1 Notice of Removal, Plaintiff's #1 -2 state court complaint, Defendant's #7 letter motion requesting a premotion conference to file a motion for remand, and Plaintiff's #8 letter in response, the Court finds that Plaintiff has not sufficiently alleged an injury in fact to establish Article III standing. See TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez, 141 S. Ct. 2190 (2021). Defendant's request for a premotion conference is denied, as moot.
