May 10, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER: Upon review of Defendant's #1 Notice of Removal, Plaintiff's #1 -2 state court complaint, Defendant's #7 letter motion requesting a premotion conference to file a motion for remand, and Plaintiff's #8 letter in response, the Court finds that Plaintiff has not sufficiently alleged an injury in fact to establish Article III standing. See TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez, 141 S. Ct. 2190 (2021). Defendant's request for a premotion conference is denied, as moot. This case is remanded to the Civil Court of the City of New York, County of Kings, under Docket Number 7659/2022. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 5/10/2022. (Kim, Eliot)
