ORDER: The Court grants Defendant's request to adjourn the initial status conference scheduled for June 29, 2022, see ECF No. #10 , and adjourns the conference sine die. The Court further adopts the parties' proposed discovery plan, see ECF No. #9 , as the Court's scheduling order required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b). Plaintiff shall file a letter no longer than three pages on or before July 8, 2022, addressing the issues raised in Defendant's portion of the parties' joint letter, see ECF No. [9-1], and explaining why this case should not be dismissed for lack of Article III standing for the reasons explained in the Second Circuit's recent decision in Calcano v.
