May 23, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. These five complaints are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). The Court directs the plaintiff to SHOW CAUSE within 30 days why he should not be enjoined from filing any new civil action seeking IFP status without first obtaining the Court's permission. The Court directs the plaintiff to use the Affirmation form included with this Memorandum and Order. The plaintiff's Affirmation must be filed in the lead case, No. 22-CV-2716 (AMD) (LB). All further proceedings will be stayed for 30 days. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Ordered by Judge Ann M. Donnelly on 5/20/2022.
