August 17, 2022 Opinion or Order ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' Status Report #16 indicating that a corporate representative of Defendant has contacted Plaintiffs' counsel and submitted additional documentation relating to the underlying audit. As a result, Plaintiffs now withdraw the pending motion for default judgment #9 without prejudice to renew in the event that this matter is not resolved within 60 days. In light of these developments, Plaintiffs' motion is terminated without prejudice to renew, and the parties are respectfully directed to file a status letter on or before 10/14/2022, advising the Court as to the progress of the audit and settlement discussions.
