ORDER: The Court grants Defendant's motion to modify the briefing schedule for Defendant's forthcoming motion to dismiss. See ECF No. #10 . Defendant shall file the opening papers in support of its motion on or before August 25, 2022, Plaintiff shall file his opposition papers on or before September 22, 2022, and Defendant shall file its reply papers on or before October 6, 2022. The parties are advised that further extensions of these deadlines are unlikely, and they should prepare their motion papers concurrently with the settlement discussions mentioned in Defendant's motion.
